We will do our best to match or beat any rental price of same equipment in our local deliver area. Our equipment is the top quality and maintained to the highest possible standards in the forklift industry. Unlike our competitors, we service our equipment after each rental. We pride ourselves on meeting a level of service that others simply cannot match. Our clients know that down time caused by truck break downs, is not acceptable. We do everything possible to avoid these situations by deliviring the finest trucks in the industry.
Southern California Delivery Area
Our basic delivery area includes Orange County, Los Angeles County and parts of Riverside County. Extended delivery is possible on larger rental orders, please call for possible exceptions.
- Delivery is $110 minimum each way, and is limited to 50 miles.
- Delivery charge is variable depending on the size and weight of the machine.
- A 15% fuel surcharge is added to all deliveries.
- Deliveries of multiple machines will qualify for a discount when delivered at the same time.
- Driver wait time will be charged at our normal hourly charge.
- Trucks over 45,000 will incur additonal fees.
- Toll charges, fees, bridge crossings, etc., are not included and will be charged additionally.
- Sales taxes will be charged according to local laws.

- Day - A Day is equal to one (1) eight hour work shift. Normally during day light hours.
- Week - A Week is equal to (5) eight hour work shifts in a (7) day week. Normally, Monday through Friday, not including major Holidays.
- Month - A Month is equal to (20) eight hour work shifts in (28) day period. Not including major Holidays.
- Major Holidays include Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, July 4th, Memorial Day & Labor Day.
- Hour meters are checked upon delivery and pickup. Over hour charges may be charged for additional usage of trucks.
Payment Terms
In order for us to maintain the Lowest Rental Prices in the industry, we request pre-payment of all accounts. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express & Online Checks.
Delivery and pickup fees
Additional Pickup Fees
Our basic pickup fees are calculated based on a 50 mile radius from each rental center. If your delivery is beyond this distance, an 'Extended Pickup Fee' may be added. Also, toll charges, bridge fees, etc., are never included and will be added. Please call for more information concerning additional pickup fees. Pickup charges may vary based on metro area and availability. We do not guarantee pickup charges until your order is placed. Please call for an exact quote. You may arrange your own trucking, if you prefer.
Billing Terms
We keep our prices low by pre-billing for pickup and your first period ( day, week, month) that you choose. Once you keep the
machine long enough to cover the next largest period, you are automatically charged at that LOWER RATE. In other words, if You
choose daily, and you keep the machine for ( 7 ) DAYS, you RATE will be ADJUSTED to WEEKLY for the PREVIOUS ( 7 ) DAYS. We encourage
our customers to continue to use our equipment at their CONVENIENCE. Forklifts not cancelled by 10 AM will be charged for another day.

Terminating Your Rental
The 'Rental Agreement' will continue until you cancel it by phone, email or in person. We will assume you wish to continue using the machines and continue billing you until you cancel by phone, email or in person. All usage must be pre-paid.
Fuel Surcharge
Machines that require diesel, gas or propane are delivered full. You have the option to return the machine full, if not you will be charged a per gallon fee of $7.50. We charge a fuel charge in advance per machine, based on the length of rental and size of machine. If the machine is returned with a full tank, we happily refund any unused fuel charge. Please notify us, upon termination of the your rental, if you wish to return the machine with a full tank. This will insure proper credit to your account.
Damage Waiver
We require all customers to provide Discount Forklift Rentals with proof of business liability insurance. Please have 'WIRL, Inc.' added as a 'Certificate Holder'. Your insurance company will normally do this for free. If you can not provide us with a copy of your business liability insurance a damage waiver fee of 10% of the rental amount will be added to your invoice. Please email or call us with any questions.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If any rental truck or machine breaks down or gives you any trouble, give us a call and we will do everything humanly possible to fix it. Please email or call us immediately us if you are unsatisfied for any reason. We will be happy to repair your truck immediately. We value customer service and do everything in our power to insure our customers are satisfied. Our drivers operate from 7 AM to 5 PM normal business days. We cannot be responsible for acts of God, and of course, customer abuse. We are not responsible any damage or misuse of trucks of rental equipment. Please read all safety guides and ask drivers for assistance in use of trucks if needed.
